Depression, Mood & Emotional Wellness sessions are a space to lay down the weight you have been carrying and make sense of it, without being rushed or minimized. Whether you are facing major depression, bipolar disorder, seasonal mood shifts, chronic fatigue, or emotional ups and downs that feel confusing, I work with you to understand patterns and triggers. 

Together, we look at sleep, energy, relationships, trauma history, medical factors, and daily routines, then introduce evidence-based strategies drawn from CBT, ACT, behavioral activation, and emotion-focused work. You learn how to gently increase meaningful activities, challenge harsh self-talk, and create safety plans for harder moments. 

My focus is not only symptom reduction, but also helping you build resilience, a more stable sense of self, and a life that feels worth engaging in-even when hard days still come. You do not have to navigate that process alone.
