Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, acceptance and mindfulness strategies, DBT-informed skills, and exposure-based tools when appropriate, you learn practical ways to interrupt spirals, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and gradually face what you have been avoiding. Sessions may focus on sleep, work or school stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or the constant "what ifs" that leave you exhausted. 

My goal is for you to leave therapy with a personalized toolkit you can rely on in real moments-breathing, grounding, scheduling, communication, and cognitive skills that support long-term resilience, not just short-term relief.
