Individual Clinical Supervision, available starting March 2027, offers one-on-one support for social workers and other mental health professionals who want to grow clinically and move toward licensure with confidence. Drawing on more than 16 years in inpatient, residential, correctional, school-based, and outpatient settings, I help you deepen your case formulation skills, expand your intervention toolbox, and navigate ethical and boundary dilemmas.
Supervision focuses on trauma-informed practice, work with service members and veterans, managing risk, and sustaining yourself in this field. Sessions are collaborative and reflective, with space for both clinical nuance and the human realities of doing this work.
My goal is for you to leave supervision not only with hours completed, but with a clearer professional identity, stronger instincts, and concrete strategies you can bring directly into sessions with your own clients.
Share a few details, and I will respond as soon as possible to discuss support options, next steps, and scheduling preferences together.
