Individual Clinical Supervision

Individual Clinical Supervision, available starting March 2027, offers one-on-one support for mental health professionals who want to grow clinically and social workers who want to move toward licensure with confidence. Drawing on more than 16 years in inpatient, residential, correctional, school-based, and outpatient settings, we help you deepen your case formulation skills, expand your intervention toolbox, navigate ethical and boundary dilemmas, deepen assessment and treatment planning, and support your growth as an ethical, reflective practitioner.
Sessions are collaborative and reflective, with space for developing a plan to meet your needs in the field. Our goal is for you to leave supervision not only with hours completed, but with a clearer professional identity, stronger instincts, and concrete strategies you can bring directly into sessions with your own clients.
