Whether you are facing major depression, bipolar disorder, seasonal mood shifts, chronic fatigue, or emotional ups and downs that feel confusing, we work with you to understand patterns and triggers.
Together, we may look at sleep, appetite, relationships, trauma history, medical factors, and daily routines, then introduce evidence-based practices. You learn how to gently increase meaningful activities, challenge self-talk and be kinder to your mind, align with values, or create safety plans for harder moments. Our focus is not only symptom reduction, but also helping you build resilience, a more stable sense of self, and a life that feels worth engaging in-even when hard days still come. You do not have to navigate that process alone.
